On 2nd June 2026, Jupiter entered into the Astrological sign of Cancer. In this position Jupiter is exalted.

What does it mean to be exalted in an astrological sign?

In astrology, when a planet is exalted, it means it is placed in a zodiac sign where its natural qualities are believed to function especially strongly, constructively, or comfortably.

Think of it as the planet being in an environment that helps it express its highest potential.

Jupiter is Guru/Brihaspati - which represents wisdom, higher knowledge, teachers, spiritual understanding, faith, blessing, expansion, abundance, blessings, grace and so much more

Cancer – ruled by the moon – which represents our heart, our intuition, emotions, nourishment, home, mother, compassion, belonging and more.

So when Jupiter is in Cancer, Jupiter's knowledge isn't merely intellectual. It has the potential to become compassionate wisdom.

Wisdom reaches its highest expression when knowledge moves from the mind into the heart.

The great teaching of Jupiter in Cancer

The wisdom is inside you. You are the keeper of the immense knowledge of the Universe. Through your inner nurturance and inner joy, will you be able to make a connection from the heart chakra to the crown chakra

Seems to remind me of the Twin Hearts Meditation by my Spiritual Guru Master Choa Kok Sui. The meditation uses the prayer of St Francis of Assisi, creating you to be a channel of peace. When I am peaceful, at the inner level of my being, I am then able to listen to the whisper of my soul.

And continuing from my previous blog, on I am my own Guru, we can start to cultivate and activate the inner Guru consciousness.

Jupiter is also the planet of expansion, and whatever it touches it expands. With Jupiter being in the zodiac sign of Cancer, and Cancer is the natural ascendent of the fourth house, which signifies our home, our mother, our relationship with our mother, our inner peace and tranquility.

So, what is Jupiter really trying to tell us.

Be open to receiving love

Be open to nurturance and care

Start to nourish yourself remember whatever you choose Jupiter expands

So, if I choose gratitude to nourish and nurture myself - then gratitude expands subtly in the quantum field and I receive not only from myself, but from the outer world as well.

If I choose to nourish my relationships, then connection, communication, intimacy expands and creates more joy in my life

If I choose to nourish my ideas, they become creations.

Little did I think this is possible, but day by day, as I nourish myself, I am aware of the expansions as well as what is being created.

An everyday Practice

1. Start to ask every day - What am I choosing today, that would nourish me in this area of my life (and you can choose health, money, career, relationship, etc).

2. Place your hand over your heart, and slow down your breath, allowing your inbreath to a slow pace of a count to 6, and your outbreath to a count of 6. Affirm “I quieten my mind, I drop into my heart space, and I listen to the whispers of my heart” Then ask, “Connecting to the Guru within me, what does my highest wisdom want me to know today?” Allow yourself to receive, maybe a word, a song, a symbol, an emotion, or even nothing. Once you feel complete, record it in a journal.
